Barely a month has passed since Stex shoved his bulging Boom Boom Funk album under our noses and he's at it again. Raw funk power is at play here. Imagine Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings tonked up on crack and steroids, having a massive arm wrestling match to the brutal soundtrack of early Prodigy. Yeah, it really is like that. Very few breakbeat funk records have such a ridiculous bottom end presence and piercing percussion. But this does; twice!
